Library cards expire every 4 years so we can update your contact information. If you've recently been notified that your card is expired or about to expire, you can request a renewal using this web form, calling us at (608) 835-3656, or by coming in with your library card and photo ID.

Renewals requested during open hours may take up to a business day to be completed. Until your card is renewed, you will be prevented from accessing your account or any digital services. If you need your card to be renewed immediately, please call us or come in with photo ID.
